Workshop témája:
Ritsuo Shingo megosztja az autóiparban megszerzett sokéves tapasztalatát, mely több mint 40 évet ölel fel a Toyota menedzsment rendszerének alkalmazásával kapcsolatban különböző vezetői szerepekben.
A résztvevőkének lehetőségük lesz első kézből hozzájutni a Lean vezetéssel és kultúra építéssel kapcsolatos gyakorlati információkhoz.
A Workshop gyártási környezetre alkalmazott TPS elvekkel foglalkozik, melyek igazán dinamikus megközelítésből kerülnek megvilágításba. A képzés teljes idejének 70% a gyártási környezetben valósul majd meg.
Ez egy menedzsment workshop és nem egy lean eszközöket bemutató tréning.

Ritsuo Shingo: a Toyota China & Hino Motors korábbi ügyvezető igazgatója
- Ritsuo Shingo 1970-ben kezdte a karrierjét a Torota Motor Gyárában és 2012-ben vonult nyugdíjba.
- Az édesapja Dr. Shingeo Shingo a gyártási folyamatok fejlesztésének elismert szakértője, aki sok szempontból támogatta a forradalmi Toyota Termelési Rendszer TPS kifejlesztését.
- Támogatta öt Japánon kívül telepített Toyota gyár indulását.
- Ritsuo Shingo több, mint 13 évet töltött a Toyotánál különböző funkciókban, úgy mint Jogi, Közösségkapcsolati és Beszerzési területek.
- 5 évet töltött az Egyesült Államokban a Toyota beszerzési osztályán Detroitban , és a Toyota Motor gyárában Kentukiban
- Az Egyesült Királyságban is dolgozott a Toyota Motorgyárában, majd visszatért Japánba.
- 1998-ban Kínában létrehozta az első Toyota vegyesvállalatot „Sichuan Toyota Motor” amelynek Ő lett az első elnöke.
- 2007-ben létrehozta a HINO Motors és a GUANG-Qi Motors vegyesvállalatot, melynek később ö lett az elnöke.
Son of renowned Japanese guru Dr. Shigeo Shingo, in his +40 years in Toyota, He helped in the startup of five Toyota plants outside Japan. He set a record bringing a Toyota manufacturing plant to profit in its first year of operations.
