Why this training?

As the business environment becomes increasingly competitive, with complex ingredients such as the age of Artificial Intelligence and the largest generational gap in the history working under the same roof.

Now facing the effects of a global pandemic, where business principles will require a deeper transformation, Human Resources becomes the “key” advisor to the organization, and people to better navigate an unprecedented global evolution.

These challenges require the Lean transformation strategy and the HR role to be fully aligned and connected.

Our purpose of this training is to provide perspective and focus to:

  • Educate HR and leaders on their leading and strategic role to play, in order to wisely navigate today’s business environment.
  • Sharing experiences and knowledge from the instructor and participants, to obtain mutual benefit.
  • Participants can use or adapt tools and practices according to their own business model and reality

We want each participant to:

    • Be able to have a more holistic perspective of its role in the organization.
    • Redefine priorities or direction in their own organizations.
    • “Open the eyes” to other ways of leading and managing an organization.
    • Strengthen the “know-how” of the Lean strategy, from the most critical aspects of culture, and leadership as a solid way of navigating in a complex and changing business environment.

This course was designed by ALFRA Lean Advisors in Partnership with KATA Organizational Excellence, to guide teams in the journey of continuous improvement.
