Training Length: 5 days

Aimed to: General Managers, Managers & Leaders in Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.

  • Practical training in the principles and methods directly on the shop floor

  • Develop an action plan to establish improvement in the process

  2. Norming Engineering Designed Standard Time (DST) on 2 stations
  3. Norming Movements between Operations (MIO) and Associated Operations (OA) with MODAPS
  4. Time Study for Designed Standard Time (DST)
  5. MIO analysis according to components Times Associated with main operations
  6. OA analysis according to Times Associated components with main operations
  7. Process improvement methods (from the MIO point of view)
  8. Time reduction action plan through MIO
  9. Process improvement methods (from the OA point of view)
  10. Post implant (Strike zone)
  11. Ergonomics in the Post (Ergonomic Evaluation)
  12. Time reduction action plan through OA
