We will explore the importance of top management’s participation in transforming a lean culture. We will cover the operating principles of a lean organization based on the Toyota Production System.

This workshop is addressed to leadership members from companies in the lean journey that want to learn and reflect on how to effectively manage the culture development

  • She began her career as manufacturing supervisor, eventually achieving vice president of Manufacturing during her 22 years with the company.
  • Cheryl Jones has experience in both manufacturing and administration within Toyota having served as vice president of Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing of America (TEMA).

  • Cheryl was named as one of the Top 100 Women in the Automotive Industry.
  • She led Toyota North American Women’s Leadership initiatives for Toyota,.
  • Cheryl Jones has experience in both manufacturing and administration within Toyota having served as vice president of Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing of America (TEMA).
  • Her extensive knowledge of the Toyota Production System knowledge encompasses final vehicle assembly, robotic processes and parts delivery from supplier to vehicle assembly.
