In this workshop we focus on how to take more advantage of our actual quality system, improving the way we use it and manage it on a daily basis.
This week we had our Built-in Quality Gemba training, hosted by Inteva Products in Salonta. We had participants from the manufacturing, engineering, and quality department from companies like Kimball Electronics, Vernicolor, and Harsha Engineers.
