We had a practical training hosted by BOA Arad, where we reviewed and practice in the shop floor the improvement routines used to develop problem solving skills, and the coaching cycles used for leaders to develop their people and manage their teams to achieve challenging objectives.

We had 4 plant managers and several department managers from several companies around Romania.
