Why this workshop?
We had practical training about QRQC instructed by Alfonso Felix (QRQC Expert and former Shingo Prize recipient) and hosted by Inteva Products, in Salonta, Bihor.
It was a great workshop with managers and leaders from different areas.
We discuss the key points to establish a management system to allow quick response and how to really eliminate the systematical quality issues

- We practice the San Gen Shugi attitude
- We practiced the QRQC concepts in the shop floor
- We discussed about the management system required for a successful implementation
- We reviewed main guidelines in how to implement the QRQC in their own site
