Why this workshop?
We shared 3 days with 25 managers doing intensive exercises on the shop floor from BOA Group, reflecting about the Production planning and control best practices under the lean management approach.
We have Supply chain & operations managers from companies like Continental Automotive, Nefab, Inteva Products, Schlemmer, MGI Coutier, among others.
Workshop Highlights:
- Show the Roles and Responsibility of PPC in a lean organization.
- Create a smoothed weekly Production Plan that will absorb order fluctuation.
- Create a Kanban Replenishment system to drive Just in Time Production while maintaining minimum and maximum inventory levels of finished goods
- Measure the results of our trial.
