First Time Manager Training

This week we had our First Time Manager training, hosted by Inteva Products, Salonta.

We shared 3 days with leaders from different industries and factories such as: Inteva Products, Assa Abloy, Scandia Food, who want to improve their leadership skills.

We have designed this program to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in leadership positions. The curriculum covered five core competencies to become an effective manager: effective communication, leadership, time management, decision-making, and adaptability.

During the 3-day training, we held hands-on practice and mentorship to ensure that our students were equipped with practical skills they could apply in their organizations.
