This week we had our Problem Solving training, hosted by Inteva Products, Salonta.
We shared 3 days with participants from different industries and plants like Zoppas, Amiblu, Oechsler, Celestica, and Golde to understand and learn a structured way of addressing problems and developing teams capable of identifying, analyzing, solving, and preventing issues correctly.
