Why this workshop?
We had a practical in field training, where we reviewed and practice in the 8 steps fro problem solving, first with several case studies to clarify the method and show some examples, and then in the shop floor dealing with real processes where participants got deep on each step with deliverables and final presentation of their advance.
We had participants from several companies from Romania.
