Shopfloor Leadership: Tools and Techniques for Daily Performance

Shop Floor Leadership Development – Fränkische Romania
During the period of October 28–30, 2025, the ALFRA Consulting team delivered the Shop Floor Leadership Development program at the Fränkische Romania facility, dedicated to developing operational leaders in manufacturing.
The training program aimed to develop competencies in management, communication, and situational leadership, providing participants with practical tools to lead their teams with efficiency and clarity. Throughout the three days, participants applied concepts such as Leader Standard Work, Gemba Walks, 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, and Quality at the Source, focusing on continuous process improvement and team engagement.
Through practical exercises, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants learned how to identify and manage process deviations, communicate more effectively, and develop standardized daily routines that support performance, safety, and team morale.
Participant feedback highlighted the practical value of the content, the clarity of the explanations, and the impact on personal and professional development. Among the key takeaways were improved communication, better time management, and strengthened team collaboration.
Main Objectives:
- Understand and apply the essential concepts of operational leadership in a practical and hands-on manner.
